EmpowerHer, an inspiring webinar organized by the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of the University of Moratuwa, was successfully held on 10 March 2025. Centered on the theme "Building Your Personal Brand – Stand Out & Shine," the session aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to craft a unique and impactful personal brand.

The event featured an engaging keynote address by Ms. Miuli Kalubowila, Founder of Generation ALPHA, who shared her personal journey and professional insights. Her empowering talk highlighted the importance of self-awareness, confidence, and authenticity in building a strong personal brand.
